Tekpak operates in an exciting field of high speed and complex robotic applications, specialising in packaging machinery. We have created, and built a company, which values People, Integrity, Accuracy and Attention to detail. We are an ambitious, internationally-minded team who are ready to grow big.
Tekpak design and manufacture packaging lines for some of the biggest multinational Pharma and Food groups in the world. Our method of project management has developed to align with our customers expectations and requirements. We use the Agile method, dividing each project into Sprints which are run in accordance with a project roadmap. This means that we can quickly develop people to manage projects starting with small projects at first and going on to Lead multi-million Euro projects.
Our projects are run to GAMP5 standard using the full lifecycle design approach, starting with URS, then Design Qualification, Design Specification and formal FAT and SAT. We invest a lot of time de-risking the projects from the start so that the projects run smoothly and we meet our delivery schedules. We offer our team the opportunity to work at the highest level of project management.
