TE Series Pharma Carton Erector

A fully automated carton erector designed for high-volume production lines. It efficiently handles various carton styles with minimal operator intervention, offering continuous operation. With optional labeller and data printer integration, it’s ideal for boosting productivity in fast-paced environments.
The fully automated system is designed to erect or form flat blank cartons from a horizontal magazine, making it ideal for pharmaceutical cleanroom environments. Configurable for crash-lock, slot-lock, or 3-point glue-style cartons, it provides flexibility for various packaging formats commonly required in the pharma industry. The extended horizontal magazine is suited for high-volume, GMP-compliant production lines, ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime.

Each carton is smoothly extracted from the magazine using a vacuum gripper, ensuring precise handling in regulated environments. The system includes integrated open-flap detection and low-level magazine warnings, allowing continuous 3-shift operation with minimal operator intervention.
