MDI Canister Tray Loader utilising a 3-Axis Robot performed the functions of tray de-nesting, canister loading and tray closing.

A fully automated tablet counter and tub loader with an integrated capping system increased throughput by over 200%.

A partially automated packaging solution for loading a single pouch containing 60 capsules into tubes. The system includes the placement of the lid onto the tube base, batch data print, metal detection with integrated reject device and the application of two tamper-evident labels to the tubes.

The cartoner loading robot receives flow packs from a flow wrapper and loads them into the infeed conveyor of a cartoner. The system is designed to handle 4x flow pack sizes.

The robot has a multi-pick vacuum gripper capable of picking 3x flow packs at a time and placing them into the moving infeed conveyor of the cartoner. The robot receives a digital signal from the cartoner to indicate the required format with format selection on the cartoner HMI.
