TC-RSC Food Series Case Closer - Tape or Glue

The fully automated Case Closer is designed for pharmaceutical packaging lines, configurable for tape or hot-melt glue closing, and is ideal for high-throughput RSC0201-style shipper cases. The integrated case transport system ensures precise handling, guiding open cases through the controlled folding of top minor and major flaps before securely closing them with either tape or hot-melt glue, depending on production requirements.

This system features open-flap detection and low-level tape or glue warnings, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation. The automated Case Erector with bottom flap tape or hot melt glue closing is suitable for RSC0201 and Shelf Ready style cases where high throughput is required. The case extracting system smoothly removes each case from the magazine utilising a vacuum gripper. The built-in case transport system guides the open case through the folding of the bottom minor and major flaps before closing with tape or hot melt glue. With integrated open flap detection and low-level tape warning this Case Erector with bottom flap tape closing is designed for continuous operation with very little operator intervention.
