Tekpak’s 3-Axis Pick and Place Blister Sheet Stacking and Nesting system is a high-speed solution focused on efficiently stacking, nesting, and collating blister sheets for downstream packaging. Designed to handle two lanes of blister packs, this system precisely forms stacks of 3 or 5 blisters and nested formats of 6 or 10, optimizing product flow for seamless integration into further packaging processes.

The system features Blister Receiving and Transport Conveyors to ensure smooth handling, while the Blister De-Curling Module and Blister Refeed System maintain product quality and alignment. The 3-Axis Delta Robot with a multi-pick vacuum gripper is engineered for fast, accurate stacking and nesting, and an overhead Servo Cross Transfer system ensures smooth product transfer between stations. The vision system verifies correct stack or nest arrangements, ensuring precise product placement.

Built with pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel 304 and GMP-compliant design, the system operates efficiently with minimal manual intervention. Blister Buffering guarantees continuous operation, while fail-safe sensors and a robust safety system ensure high standards of product safety.
