Tekpak’s Phasing and Dispensing System for Frozen Pizza Bases is designed to enhance production line efficiency by automatically refeeding pizza bases from stacks and phasing them to topping line conveyors. This system is engineered to eliminate empty pitches on the conveyor, thereby improving line throughput, minimizing operator intervention, and maximizing overall efficiency.

The system features an Accufeed Product Phasing Unit, which ensures that pizza bases are precisely phased and synchronized with the production line. A Twin Head Pick & Place Product Dispenser efficiently refills empty pitches, ensuring consistent flow and filling gaps on the line. The system also includes an Integrated Reject Device for quality control to remove non-conforming products. The Zoned Stack Transfer System further enhances productivity by managing stacks of pizza bases and feeding them seamlessly into the line.

Constructed from stainless steel and designed for full washdown, this system is built to handle the rigorous demands of multi-shift operations.
